Account details you provide (email, phone, display name, country), company information for supplier profiles, product and RFQ content you post, messages you send through the Platform, and any direct contact channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) you choose to make public.

If you submit a document to apply for the Verified Supplier badge, it is stored in an encrypted, private file bucket - never a publicly accessible URL. Only you and authorized administrators can access it, and access is only ever granted through short-lived signed links. Every time an administrator views your document, that access is logged, including who accessed it and when.

To operate your account and dashboards, connect buyers and suppliers, deliver on-platform messages and notification emails, review verification submissions, and maintain the security and integrity of the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data. Information you choose to make public - such as your company profile, product listings, or opted-in contact channels - is visible to other users of the Platform by design. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Platform (for example, our database and file storage provider, and our transactional email provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or compliance reasons (for example, KYC document access logs), after which they are permanently removed.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your language. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
