By creating an account or using Alpira Trade (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Alpira Trade is a lead-generation marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers of fruit and produce. Suppliers list products and company profiles; buyers post Requests for Quotation (RFQs); the two sides communicate through on-platform messaging or, where a user has chosen to make them public, direct channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber.

Alpira Trade is not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. We do not process orders, handle payments, split payments between parties, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any goods listed or discussed on the Platform. Any agreement reached between a buyer and a supplier is solely between them.

Each user maintains a single account, which may be used to act as both a buyer and a supplier. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally authorized to represent the business you list or transact on behalf of.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any product listing, company profile, or RFQ you post. Listings must not be false, misleading, or infringe on any third party's rights. Alpira Trade may remove any listing, RFQ, or message that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Suppliers may submit business documents for review to earn a “Verified Supplier” badge. This badge reflects that a supplier has submitted a business registration document that our team reviewed - it is not a guarantee of the supplier's product quality, financial standing, or ability to fulfill an order, and it does not constitute an endorsement by Alpira Trade.

Certain features may be offered as paid subscription plans. Where applicable, pricing, billing interval, and included features will be clearly displayed before you subscribe. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may not use the Platform to: post fraudulent or misleading listings; harass or spam other users; attempt to circumvent security or verification controls; scrape or bulk-extract data from the Platform; or use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpira Trade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any transaction, dispute, or communication between users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
